Monkey see-Monkey do

Besides the fact that I need some serious Windex, I thought this was a good picture taking moment.  The big kids were outside watching daddy bringing in loads of dirt to the backyard and Linc and I were hangin inside.  They love making Lincoln laugh.

CIRCUS TIME

Ryan and I surprised the kids and went to the Circus.  We just told them we were going to drop off Lincoln at Grandma Coco's (thanks mom & dad) and we were going to go eat in Salt Lake or Salt Lake City as Porter refers to it.  We stopped at Training Table m-m-m cheese fries and headed to the ESA.  They couldn't guess it until Porter saw a elephant on a flag. That's when he figured it out "It's the Circus!" The kids had a blast and even ryan managed to stay awake.  Ryan spotted Thurl Bailey, but he was on his way down to "the good seats."   $10.00 snow cones & a big purple smile, doesn't get any better then that.

Organization?

f
I finally had some vinyl labels made for the toy & mud room. Thanks Lori.
Hopefuly the kids (& Ryan) can put things back where they go!!!!  So far, so good.  I'll have to post some pics in a week to show a before and after.

I am smiling!!!

I wanted a picture and she wanted Grape Juice.

My Little Cowboy Linc
He's such a happy boy. I feel so lucky to have had 3 wonderful babies, I think if I had anymore i'd be pushin my luck. as long as I don't look at old baby pics or go through newborn clothes, i'm good.

Nanny and Gpa Britt

Nanny and Grandpa Britt watched the kids for us while Ryan and I went on a date, a very much needed date.  Our date consisted of a Outback medium rare steak, shrimp, shrimp appetizers and birthday icecream. yay me. Next on over to the movies to see the Informent. let's just say ryans got dibs on the next movie.
Thanks chad and lisa for watching the kids for us.

First Award

Porter got the Superintendent's Reading Award, reading at least 10 books or 1,000 pages during the summer.  He loves books and we read 2 every night. we used to skip through the pages, but he's caught on to us. His books of choice seem to vary each week, from never ending dinosaur books to an old 5 page board book and most recent a superman comic book ryan and I have to edit leaving out the swear words.
Way to go Porter, we're so proud of you.

Twins

I picked Canyon up from school today and this is what she came out with. I thought it was so funny, it kinda looks like her. I got her all buckled in and she said "mom, I love my teacher."

Happy "UN"Birthday

Since Porter's Birthday is July 14 and he's not in school, his class celebrated it on September 14th. he brought little bags of pretzels to share. He was so excited, he wanted to walk to class all by himself.  I wasn't quite ready for that so I quietly walked behind him to make sure he made it. (he did.)  Happy "un"birthday Porter!

Number 9

Ryan was going through some boxes and found some of his old soccer jerseys. To Porter's excitement this one fit. He wore it all day until he got lasagna on it. This kid is so stinkin cute.

Pre-school

Today was Canyon's first day of Pre-school. I didn't know what she'd do, but she did OK, once miss Jamie peeled her from my left leg. A few tears were shed, but once I left she did great (at least that's what they told me.) Please note: Canyon picked out her outfit including sweater, she quickly realized it was 90 degrees.

Thanks everyone for my fantastic birthday

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LINCOLN

It's amazing how fast your baby grows in just one year! Lincoln has been such a good baby right from the start. I love his red hair, his big chicklett teeth, his big brown eyes and most of all his kisses.
Thanks everyone who shared in his special day.

Happy Birthday Linc we love you

RC Willeys

This is what happens when you put vibrating chairs right by the cash registers.

Davis County Fair

I don't know why, but my kids LOVE FAIRS. I think they're hot, smelly & I always get diarrhea; nonetheless we go

THE BATCAVE

While building, Ry and I decided to finish a room in the basement for Porter. For those of you who know Porter, Know that he is a sensitive soul. We weren't sure if he'd sleep down there ... all alone... by himself. We thought maybe if we made him the most awesomist (yes, that's a word) the most awesomist room in the world he'd sleep down there. IT WORKED! Thanks JJ for turning Porter's room into Gotham City. He loves it.
