Happy 2nd Birthday Lincoln!!

I can't believe it's been 2 years already.  I lay awake at night thinking of the things I can buy once I don't have to buy diapers anymore.  Maybe, just maybe I can purchase some of those fresh fruit and veggies I hear people talking about? nooo that's crazy talk.

Lincoln has been such a good baby.  Easy?..No...Nope..No Way, but Good...Yes.
He's a little bit of everything mixed into one lovable creature.

Here is a list of things about Lincoln, I bet you didn't know.

- We didn't find out if he was going to be a boy or girl. One of thee best surprises we've ever had.

- He's always been in the 90th% for height? I have no explanation.

- We had to put all the new bar stools in the basement because he uses them to climb on the counter to get to the butcher block, microwave, sink, etc.... If you look closely, you will see the bench to our table is tied to the table legs with belts.

-  He will pick his nose till it bleeds

- He loves Cailou. I personally think that show is creepy & whiny & who names their kid Cailou anyways?

- I have to keep the bathroom doors locked because he undresses, climbs in & starts the tub.  Although convenient, not recommended.

- He waves at anyone & everyone, but as soon as you say "Hi" he gets embarrassed and hides.

- He gets a diaper and the wipes for you when he needs to be changed & has absolutely no interest in using the potty.

- He's always on the go. The only time he stops is for his nap & bedtime.

Although tiring, overwhelming, hard & sometimes frustrating.
I love, Love, LOVE being a mom. Not just a mom, but this kids mom.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LINCOLN, WE LOVE YOU!!!
